Job Summary

Please note that team-member must be willing to be cross-trained to work either in the kitchen or out front as required by business and scheduling needs.

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate team members to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a willingness to learn and a keen understanding of food safety practices.

As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals in accordance with our restaurant's standards, ensuring that every dish is not only delicious but also presented beautifully.

As a Server, you will be responsible for making our guests feel welcome and provide an excellent dining experience.

Duties

- Prepare and cook a variety of menu items according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and company guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper storage and labeling of food items.
- Assist with meal preparation and plating to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, and promptly report shortages to management.
- Perform prep work during downtime to ensure readiness for upcoming service periods.
- Assist front-of-house or back-of house as needed.

Requirements

- Preferred:



Experience as a Cook and/or Server within the food service or restaurant industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and best practices for kitchen hygiene.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in an open kitchen setting.
- Peferred: Familiarity with various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- A genuine passion for cooking and creating memorable dining experiences for guests.
- Flexible availability to work various shifts, MUST be available weekends, MUST be available to work mornings, and willing to pick up shifts when needed.
