Responsibilities and expectations

- Accurately follow SOPs and company’s quality standards
- Comply with GMP guidelines and adhere to GMP requirements
- Comply with all health and safety guidelines and procedures
- Understand the operation and basic maintenance of specified lab instruments
- Accurately perform testing on raw materials, in process samples and final products in a timely manner to ensure they meet the proper requirements
- Communication of out of spec results or potential processes adjustments to key parties
- Identify potential problems before they reach customers
- Provide analytical guidance and troubleshooting for testing and results
- Prepare reagents and solutions as required
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Be able to manage small projects with supervisor guidance
- Form relationships with internal customers
- Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

- Graduate from a college/university science related program (chemistry, environmental sciences, lab technologist)
- Basic Laboratory knowledge
- Proficient computer skills, including all MS Office applications




- The ability to multitask and adapt to pace changes
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a group
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to comprehend procedures, rules and instructions
- Must have own transportation
