Role Description The Laborer role is a full-time, on-site position located in Spruce Grove, AB. The Laborer will assist with the assembly, installation, and movement of modular building components, including loading and unloading materials, preparing work areas, and supporting tradespeople as needed. Daily tasks include operating basic hand and power tools, cleaning and maintaining job sites, and following instructions from supervisors to complete construction activities safely and efficiently.

The Laborer will be expected to adhere to all safety protocols,



use personal protective equipment, and help ensure that projects stay on schedule. This role requires reliability, physical stamina, and a willingness to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting, carrying, standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions.
- Basic skills in using hand and power tools, along with a practical understanding of construction or modular building environments.
- Strong commitment to safety, including following site rules, PPE requirements, and health and safety procedures.
- Effective teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to follow directions and work collaboratively with supervisors and coworkers.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude toward learning new tasks and responsibilities.
- Previous experience in construction, modular building, or general labor is an asset but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; additional safety or construction-related training is an advantage.
- Work woth ModukalBuilding an asset.
