Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our construction team. This role involves assisting with various construction projects, supporting skilled trades, and ensuring the smooth operation of job sites. The ideal candidate will have a solid work ethic, a willingness to learn, and experience or interest in construction-related tasks.

This position offers an opportunity to develop skills across multiple areas of construction, including carpentry, masonry, electrical work, and more.

Duties

- Assist with general construction tasks such as material handling, site cleanup, and preparation.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
- Participate in concrete forming, finishing, and tile laying activities.
- Measure and cut materials accurately using hand tools and power tools.
- Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a safe work environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work site to promote efficiency and safety.

Qualifications





- Previous experience in construction or related fields is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and perform concrete finishing or masonry work is advantageous.
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods.
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Demonstrated safety awareness and commitment to maintaining a safe work workplace.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred for site access or equipment operation.
