Your Responsibilities as a Landscaping Team Member

- Front-Line Execution: Perform grounds maintenance and landscaping tasks, including mowing, trimming, edging, weeding, planting, mulching, and general cleanup to high standards of quality.
- Physical Work:



Comfortably work outdoors in various weather conditions and carry out physical duties (lifting up to 35–80 lbs frequently).
- Equipment Care & Maintenance: Safely operate power tools and lawn maintenance equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers) and assist with routine cleaning and upkeep of machinery.
- Daily Preparation: Ensure all equipment and materials are properly cleaned, packed, and set to go for the next workday.

- Attendance: Critical to meeting customer service goals. You need to arrive on time and ready to work.
- Budget vs. Actual Hours: Managing time efficiently at each job site to maintain profitability.
- Quality Control: Delivering exceptional work on the first try to eliminate the need for redo visits.
- Customer Retention: Building positive relationships with clients through reliable and quality service.
- Process & Software Utilization: Following team procedures and tools to stay organized and efficient.

Job Requirements

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (preferred).
- Reliable personal transportation to commute to and from work.
- Prior experience in landscaping, lawn care, or similar service industries is preferred (training will be provided if required).
- Strong attention to detail, self-motivation, and ability to follow instructions accurately.
