We are looking for landscape helpers to join our team. You will receive on the job training.

The job involves mainly soft-scaping, lawn mowing, hedge trimming, tree pruning, gardening, junk removal and the like. You should be comfortable using ladders. Extension and Orchard. You should be presentable, have a happy, positive energy.

Start date will be as soon as we find the right candidate for the position. Work days are typically about 8 hours long. You may work as much overtime and as many weekends and holidays as you like. We have enough work that we do not need to close down over the winter months.

The work day begins in North Vancouver. We work all around the city and the North Shore. The day then ends back at our 'Hive' in Vancouver. Days will typically start around 8am and often finish around 5pm

Your compensation will be based on the skills you bring to the table. You should be able to lift at least 50lbs and speak fluent English.

Training of our process will be provided on the job. Examples of compensation are as follows:

Compensation will vary depending on your experience level of the skills required for the position. The range is Between $19-$22 per hour depending on your experience and skills.
