We are currently seeking a Litigation Law Clerk to join the Litigation practice group in our Toronto office. Our Litigation team in Toronto is highly regarded for its sophistication and deep expertise, advising our clients on complex, high-value and sensitive commercial disputes. Our practice comprises the full spectrum of dispute resolution and litigation cases, involving general commercial, securities litigation, insolvency, construction, regulatory, and product liability matters as well as shareholder activism mandates.

Our law clerks play an essential role in these matters and on our teams, making a meaningful impact on our clients and business. Assisting lawyers with litigation files, including organizing files and documents. Interacting with clients and lawyers in the firm to obtain information and report verbally and in writing on the status of files. Assisting with the billing and administrative reporting requirements for certain clients.

Other administrative duties, as required. A Law Clerk Diploma/Certificate or the equivalent in experience. ~2-5 years of related private practice experience. ~ Excellent knowledge of MS Office product suite (including Word, Outlook and Excel).
