Overview

We are currently seeking to hire individuals for the transition from lawn care services to winter snow removal. Please note that while the lawn care and fall months may not guarantee full time hours due to a decrease in workload, we assure that from November 1st to March 31st, there will be guaranteed hours available.

Responsibilities

- Perform lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and general landscape maintenance using hand tools, power tools, and machinery such as zero turn mowers
- Conduct snow removal activities including plowing, shoveling, and salting driveways, walkways, and parking lots efficiently and safely
- Support gardening and horticulture tasks such as planting, pruning, fertilizing, and weed control to enhance landscape aesthetics
- Maintain equipment including mechanical repairs and routine servicing to ensure operational readiness
- Follow safety protocols during all outdoor activities and operate construction or landscaping equipment with proper training




- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while maintaining high standards of quality

Skills
- Experience operating landscape maintenance machinery
- Knowledge of irrigation systems, gardening practices, horticulture principles, and landscape maintenance techniques
- Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting and repairing hand tools, power tools, and small machinery
- Strong understanding of safety procedures related to outdoor work environments and equipment operation
- Ability to work effectively in various weather conditions while maintaining energy and focus
- Construction experience or familiarity with building-related tasks is advantageous
- Excellent teamwork skills combined with a proactive attitude toward completing tasks efficiently
