Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Family Law Clerk to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will assist attorneys in various legal tasks, including research, drafting documents, and preparing for trials. Duties

- Conduct legal research on various family law topics and case law to support ongoing cases.
- Draft legal documents, including briefs, motions, and pleadings.
- Assist in the preparation of trial materials and exhibits.
- Review and summarize case files and legal documents.
- Attend court hearings and trials as needed to provide support.
- Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Collaborate with attorneys to develop case strategies and provide insights based on research findings.





Requirements

- Strong research skills with proficiency in legal research databases.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with court procedures and legal terminology is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is preferred.

Pay: $39,244.40-$64,617.44 per year
