LOCATION NOTE Hybrid: 3 days/week (Tuesday, Thursday – other is adaptable)

CONTRACT DURATION 2 months as this phase of the project finishes then but will likely extend into the next phase for a total of 1 year, and potentially further

MUST-HAVE SKILLS

- 10+ years of Business Analysis experience working on complex projects, preferably in financial services, risk management, or regulatory.
- Experience operating under multiple project delivery frameworks (Waterfall, Agile)
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Visio and experience with JIRA/Confluence.
- Process improvement experience with an understanding of workflow analysis and design.

NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS

- Experience with Third Party Risk Management (TPRM)
- Experience as a Lead BA to help mentor/support other BAs on team (FYI they will not be managing them in this role)
