As General

Counsel, you will be the strategic legal partner for Vendasta's executive team, overseeing critical legal functions and ensuring robust compliance frameworks. Expertise in managing risk and executing capital market transactions will be vital to fulfilling this role. A background in SaaS and corporate law is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement organizational legal strategies
- Oversee complex mergers, acquisitions, and compliance initiatives
