This critical role focuses on defining workflows, training team members, and collaborating with department heads to achieve production goals while meeting deadlines. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop Houdini Templates for production efficiency
- Provide daily feedback and reviews of artist work
- Create Creature and Character Grooms, including hair and fur
- Collaborate on tools support with Groom/Asset TD
- Establish training materials and Wiki documentation

Requirements:

- 5+ years in supervisory Groom roles for animation
- Build scalable groom-rigs and support libraries
- Robust grasp of modern Groom practices in Houdini
- Familiarity with Flow Production Tracking
- Commitment to mentoring and team growth
