Your proven expertise with a paver and roller will be critical in producing durable commercial surfaces, especially during the busy construction season and potential winter operations. Strong leadership skills and a commitment to safety are paramount in this crucial position. Key Responsibilities:

- Direct daily paving crew operations and monitor performance




- Operate the screed to achieve quality depth and finish
- Utilize rollers for proper compaction and mat protection
- Engage in hand work for finishing and repairs

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3-5 years in asphalt paving
- Strong screed and roller operation experience
- Valid driver's license Class 5 or higher
