Goldies Cafe is looking for an experienced, energetic, and hospitality-focused Lead Server to join our team!

As Lead Server, you’ll be a key part of creating an exceptional guest experience while helping guide and support our front-of-house team. We’re looking for someone who leads by example, stays calm under pressure, and genuinely enjoys making people feel welcome.

What You’ll Do

- Lead by example and provide outstanding, warm, and attentive service
- Support, coach, and motivate servers and front-of-house staff
- Help coordinate the floor during busy service periods
- Ensure guests receive a consistently positive dining experience
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Help maintain cleanliness, organization, and service standards
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and management team
- Handle guest questions, concerns, and special requests professionally
- Help train and onboard new front-of-house team members
- Keep service running smoothly and efficiently throughout the shift
- Step in wherever needed to support the team

What We’re Looking For
- Previous serving experience in a busy restaurant or cafe environment
- Previous leadership or senior serving experience is an asset




- Strong communication and people skills
- A positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
- Comfortable taking initiative and making decisions during service
- Passion for hospitality and creating great guest experiences
- Professional, friendly, and approachable personality
- Ability to lead a team while still being hands-on
