Requirements and Qualifications:

- Pre-employment Criminal Record Check
- CannSell Ontario Standard Certificate
- Desire and ability to develop a positive in-depth understanding of cannabis
- 2 years plus experience in a similar scope of role with sales and customer service experience in retail or hospitality with extensive customer-facing interaction
- Ability to diplomatically and professionally interact with customers at all times

Typical responsibilities of the job include:

- Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily dispensary operations to ensure a safe, productive, and welcoming customer experience
- Manage, train,



coach, and schedule dispensary staff; foster a high-performing, compliant team culture
- Ensure full compliance with all state and local cannabis regulations, company policies, and SOPs
- Maintain accurate inventory control, including ordering, receiving, auditing, and loss prevention
- Monitor sales performance, analyze KPIs, and implement strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals
- Deliver exceptional customer service by modeling product knowledge and consultative selling practices
- Handle cash management, POS operations, and financial reporting with accuracy and integrity
- Coordinate with leadership on promotions, merchandising, pricing, and new product launches
- Address customer concerns, staff issues, and operational challenges professionally and promptly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant retail environment at all times
- Prepare reports related to sales, inventory, compliance, and staff performance
- Stay current on cannabis products, industry trends, and regulatory changes

- Retail: 1 year (Preferred)
