- Manage and oversee program areas under Extendicare’s care model
- Identify risk and develop mitigation strategies




- Ensure compliance with accreditation and licensing requirements
- Lead community partnerships for enhanced resident care
- Engage residents and families to boost satisfaction Requirements:
- Minimum three years experience as Registered Nurse
- Current practice license as a Registered Nurse
- Bachelor of Nursing or diploma in Nursing recommended
- Robust experience in quality improvement initiatives
