Accident Benefits Legal Assistant Location: Employment Type: Full-Time Accident Benefits Legal Assistant For over 60 years, Preszler Injury Lawyers has restricted its practice to claims arising from motor vehicle accidents, slip/trip and falls, product liability, sexual assault, wrongful dismissal, accident benefits, disability claims, and medical malpractice. We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and motivated Accident Benefits Legal Assistant to join our personal injury team. The successful candidate will have previous Accident Benefits experience and will work closely with our lawyers and paralegals in supporting clients throughout the claims process.





Request and organize medical records through MedChart Review medical documentation and Accident Perks files Previous Accident Benefits experience gained within a personal injury law firm and/or medical or rehabilitation clinic is required Strong understanding of the Accident Benefits claims process Strong client-service mindset with a genuine focus on advocacy We are looking for someone who is organized, accountable, collaborative, receptive to feedback, and genuinely committed to providing excellent service and advocacy to our clients.
