Applicants must hold an LL.B or J.D. and be registered with the Law Society of Ontario. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of four years in legal practice, particularly in administrative law and litigation management contexts. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic legal advice on administrative matters
- Draft and review legal documents and policies
- Analyze evidence and procedural fairness in litigation
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure compliance
- Support university governance in regulatory frameworks Requirements:
- Juris Doctor or Bachelor of Laws degree
- At least 4 years’ legal experience, preferably in education
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
