This hybrid role promotes effective legal strategies in Canada’s leading insurance firm. You’ll play a key role within Intact's litigation team, managing a diverse practice focused on accident benefits disputes from inception to resolution.

With at least five years in insurance litigation, your responsibilities include appearances before the License Appeal Tribunal and advising on effective claims management. Collaborating with lawyers and legal professionals, your contribution will support strategic objectives tied to indemnity and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage accident benefits disputes from start to finish




- Prepare and present cases before legal tribunals
- Collaborate with high-performing legal teams
- Control indemnity while ensuring effective resolutions
- Provide coaching and share expertise within teams

Requirements:

- Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
- 5+ years of experience in insurance litigation
- Proven handling of Accident Perks cases
- Experience before the License Appeal Tribunal
- Excellent negotiation and organizational skills
