Position Details

- Position: Level II Dental Assistant
- Employment: Full-time
- Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Compensation: Competitive, based on experience

What You’ll Do As a Level II Dental Assistant, you will play an important role in delivering exceptional patient care and supporting our clinical team. Responsibilities include:
- Performing digital impressions, optical intraoral scanning, and preliminary alginate impressions
- Taking diagnostic orthodontic records,



including extraoral and intraoral clinical photography
- Exposing prescribed dental radiographs, including cephalometric, panoramic, and intraoral radiographs, in accordance with HARP guidelines
- Providing patient instruction on intermaxillary elastics, aligner wear, and oral hygiene
- Providing direct four-handed chairside assistance for orthodontic clinical procedures
- Completing instrument sterilization, disinfection, and IPAC tracking
- Preparing and turning over operatories efficiently
- Assisting with inventory management and clinical supplies
- Maintaining accurate clinical chart documentation
- Supporting appointment coordination and day-to-day clinical operations

Qualifications
- Certified Level II Dental Assistant (NDAEB / ODAA)
- Valid HARP certification
- Current CPR / BLS certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Patient-focused approach to care
- Positive attitude and strong team-oriented mindset
- Orthodontic experience is an asset, but not required — we are happy to train the right candidate
