Responsibilities

- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments to ensure a safe and efficient environment for patient care
- Assist dentists during various procedures, including orthodontics, pediatrics, and general dentistry, with precision and confidence
- Manage patient records using dental practice management software such as Dentrix or Epic, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Take digital impressions and utilize CAD (Computer-Aided Design) technology for restorative procedures when needed
- Provide excellent customer service as a dental receptionist by scheduling appointments, answering patient inquiries, and managing check-in/check-out processes




- Educate patients on oral health practices and post-treatment care instructions clearly and compassionately
- Maintain inventory of dental supplies and ensure all equipment is functioning properly

Experience

- Previous experience as a Dental Assistant with at least Level 2 certification or equivalent training
- Familiarity with dental practice management software such as Dentrix is highly preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively using medical terminology in a professional setting
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy clinical environment
