About Us At Torngat Metals , we are developing the Strange Lake rare earths project , located at Brisson Lake, where we currently operate an exploration camp. The company is currently in the process of submitting the necessary studies to obtain permits for all project infrastructure, which includes :

A road connecting the site to the port A separation plant

Our growing team consists of approximately 50 people. Our head office is in Montreal, and we also have an office in Sept-Îles.

The Adventure Awaiting You Reporting to the Director of Community Relations and Partnerships, you will play a key role in maintaining long-term relations with the Labrador (Innu & Nunatsiavut) community and implementing on-the-ground engagement activities. This role will evolve as the project progresses, offering you the opportunity to actively contribute to a strategic initiative for both the region and Canada.

Your Role Maintain respectful and lasting relationships with the community ;

Support engagement and consultation activities ;

Collaborate with various stake holders;

Participate in the planning and coordination of meetings;

Ensure explicit , simple, and accessible communication regarding project information;

Gather community feedback, concerns and expectations;

Integrate Indigenous knowledge and perspectives into the project ;





Support the preparation and distribution of documents, presentations , and follow- ups ;

Maintain tracking tools ;

Identify emerging issues and help adapt engagement approaches .

What You Need to Shine Knowledge of the Labrador (Innu & Nunatsiavut) and regional realities ;

Experience in customer service or public relations (an asset);

Ability to build trust and demonstrate diplomacy ;

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ;

Strong organizational skills , autonomy , and rigor ;

Functional English

Knowledge of the language (Innutitut or Innu-aimun) a major asset.
