Responsibilities

- Perform comprehensive inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on vehicles using schematics and technical manuals
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and assembly techniques to complete repairs efficiently and accurately
- Interpret technical schematics and diagrams to identify issues and determine appropriate repair strategies
- Conduct heavy lifting as needed to move parts or equipment safely within the shop environment
- Maintain detailed service records, repair logs, and documentation for all work performed




- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repairs while adhering to safety standards
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process

Experience

- Proven mechanic experience in a dealership or automotive repair workplace
- Strong mechanical knowledge across various vehicle systems and components
- Hands-on experience with welding, schematics reading, and assembly processes
- Familiarity with the use of hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely during repairs or parts handling
- Prior experience working with automotive repair software or diagnostic tools is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly
