As a Line Crew Member at New York Sliders, you’re the heart of our kitchen operations — crafting our signature sliders, fries, and street-style dishes with speed, consistency, and care. You’ll work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment delivering a true NYC street-food experience to every guest.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and assemble menu items including sliders, burgers, fries, loaded fries, wings, and beverages according to company recipes and presentation standards.
- Operate and maintain kitchen stations (grill, fryer, prep, and assembly line).
- Ensure food quality and safety standards are met at all times, including proper storage, labeling, and cleanliness.
- Work efficiently during rush hours while maintaining accuracy and portion control.
- Communicate clearly with teammates and front-of-house staff to coordinate orders.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for prep, cooking, cleaning, and closing duties.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and assist with dishwashing or restocking as needed.




- Represent the New York Sliders brand with a positive, energetic attitude and pride in every order served.

Skills & Qualifications
- Previous line cook experience in a quick-service restaurant or fast-casual kitchen preferred (grill, fryer, or assembly experience is an asset) preferably a Burger Restaurant
- Solid multitasking and time-management skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation standards (training provided).
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
