Brickhouse Kitchen & Bar The Brickhouse Kitchen + Bar, our food is our story, you can see it in every plate we prepare. As a Line Cook, You Will

- Prepare food and menu items to the highest standard
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Ensure food comes out simultaneously in high quality and in a timely fashion
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Clean kitchen and work area




- Follow all operations policies and procedures
- Work alongside the restaurant team to establish a safe and fun atmosphere

Who You Are

- Positive and outgoing personality
- Love for building strong relations with team members
- Flexibility - Our back-of-house staff will work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
- Ability to multitask and maintain high energy in a fast-paced environment
- A desire to have fun at work, when you have fun, our guests do too

What You Bring

- Cooking experience is considered an asset
- A culinary diploma or degree is considered an asset
- A desire for personal and professional development
- Availability to work on weekends from 9 am to 5 pm is considered an asset
