Duties

- Prepare and cook menu items efficiently while maintaining consistency and presentation standards
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure proper handling, storage, and sanitation practices
- Support the serving staff by ensuring timely delivery of freshly prepared dishes
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment throughout shifts




- Collaborate with team members to manage orders during busy service periods
- Adhere to all health regulations and company policies related to food handling and safety

Experience

- Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key
- Knowledge of cooking techniques and meal preparation processes within the food industry
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Experience working in a rapid-paced kitchen setting that demands teamwork and adaptability
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks involved in food preparation
- Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with kitchen staff and servers
