Responsibilities

- Prepare ingredients and assemble components for menu items with precision and efficiency
- Cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to strict food safety protocols
- Assist in food handling, storage, and inventory management to minimize waste and ensure freshness
- Support the kitchen team during busy service periods by executing meal preparation swiftly and accurately




- Follow all health regulations related to food safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and excellent customer service

Experience

- Prior food service experience or restaurant experience preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal assembly
- Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation procedures
- Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment is a plus
- Strong understanding of the importance of serving quality food efficiently while maintaining safety standards
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work effectively as part of a team
