Duties

- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to recipe specifications and presentation standards
- Cook a variety of menu items with precision, speed, and consistency
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety protocols at all times
- Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients to streamline kitchen operations
- Support the team during busy service hours by efficiently managing multiple orders
- Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices in compliance with health regulations




- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of high-quality meals to guests

Experience

- Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Experience in meal preparation, serving, or working in a fast-paced culinary environment is highly valued
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work efficiently under pressure
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues and delivering excellent guest service
