Duties
- Prepare ingredients and assist in food preparation to ensure timely service during busy hours
- Cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety guidelines
- Assist with food handling, storage, and inventory management to prevent waste and ensure freshness
- Support serving staff by ensuring orders are prepared accurately and efficiently
- Follow all health and safety regulations to uphold the highest standards of food safety and sanitation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless flow of kitchen operations
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred but not mandatory; eagerness to learn is key
- Knowledge of food handling, meal preparation, and cooking techniques
- Strong understanding of food safety practices and sanitation standards
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work in a fast-paced setting
