Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry and a passion for creating delicious meals in a quick-paced kitchen environment. Duties: - Learn how to handle the fryer and boil sides properly. Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, and chopping produce - Assist in cooking and preparing menu items according to set recipes

-Close very clean, up to standard of a seafood establishment. Ensure prep is fresh. Close late and ensure cleanliness of dishes and other items need for the morning.

- Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment - Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served




- Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen - Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
- Monitor stock levels and communicate with the Chef to place orders
- Understanding of food safety practices - Experience with kitchen equipment and utensils - Ability to work in a team environment

Nice-to-have Skills: - Food industry experience - Familiarity with food handling and preparation - Previous work in a restaurant or food service setting. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$22.75 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
