Responsibilities

- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Cook menu items with precision, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in compliance with food safety regulations
- Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures at all times
- Assist in meal preparation during busy service hours to support smooth kitchen operations




- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to ensure continuous service
- Support serving staff by providing timely, well-prepared dishes to enhance guest satisfaction

Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Strong understanding of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward collaboration
- Basic knowledge of serving standards and customer service expectations in the food industry
