RESPONSIBILITIES

Summary

- Prepare and cook menu items to recipe and quality standards
- Complete daily food prep and ensure stations are fully stocked
- Open and close the kitchen according to established procedures
- Prepare fresh grab-and-go meals and packaged items
- Stretch, top, and cook handcrafted pizzas
- Wash dishes and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
- Assist with inventory rotation and receiving deliveries
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to provide exceptional service

Grab & Go Production

- Prepare and package daily grab-and-go meals, snacks, salads, sandwiches, bowls, and other prepared items.
- Maintain consistent portion sizes, quality, presentation, and labeling.
- Monitor inventory and communicate when ingredients or packaging supplies need to be reordered.
- Ensure grab-and-go products are properly dated, stored, rotated, and displayed.
- Track production and minimize food waste.

Meal Kit Production

- Prepare ingredients and components for weekly meal kits.
- Portion proteins, sauces, vegetables, starches, and other components accurately.
- Assemble and package meal kits according to established recipes and specifications.




- Ensure clear labeling, instructions, allergens, and use-by dates are included.
- Help develop recent meal-kit concepts and seasonal offerings.

Catering Production

- Prepare food for private events, tournaments, meetings, member functions, and other catering orders.
- Follow catering recipes, production sheets, and quantities provided by management.
- Prepare cold and hot food components efficiently and according to event timelines.
- Assist with catering packaging, plating, labeling, and organization.
- Ensure catering orders are complete and ready for pickup or service on time.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Previous line cook or kitchen experience is preferred
- Pizza-making experience is an asset but willing to train the right candidate
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Food Handler Certification is an asset
