Join the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario as a Litigation Counsel in a dynamic in-office setting in Toronto. Bring your litigation expertise to our legal team. This full-time, permanent position enables you to provide high-quality legal advice and represent the AGCO across various tribunals and court appeals. You will be instrumental in advising on compliance matters while collaborating with multiple stakeholders to further corporate objectives.

Your role is pivotal in ensuring the AGCO maintains regulatory integrity. Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver consistent litigation-focused legal advice
- Represent AGCO in tribunal litigation and appeals
- Guide on compliance-related legal documentation
- Contribute to legal projects with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide strategic counsel for regulatory operations

Requirements:

- More than 5 years of legal experience in public service
- Strong background in administrative law litigation
- Understanding of AGCO's regulatory landscape
- Eligible to work in Canada with a clean legal record
- Law Degree (LL.B. or J.D.) from an accredited institution
