Filtrum Infrastructure Inc is a growing company, that specializes in the on‐site installation of water and wastewater treatment systems for industrial and municipal clients. We are rapidly expanding the business within Canada and internationally while are seeking motivated individuals who have opportunities to progress within the company and add to the already experienced and qualified staff. Based out of Calgary, we are a strong, hardworking, innovative Canadian company capable of fast deployment to any areas where safe, clean water or wastewater treatment is required.

We are presently looking for a proactive and efficient person to join our agile team as a Logistics Coordinator. The incumbent will work out of our Calgary Warehouse and perform the following duties.

Warehouse Logistics

· Shipping and receiving of all materials and equipment, including advising Project Managers of status of deliveries

· Maintaining an inventory of tools, equipment and materials

· Delivering materials to site as required, overnight stays are to be expected.

· Assisting in obtaining pricing for Project Managers and estimators

· Arranging maintenance of company vehicles





· Arranging inspection of all safety equipment and ensuring all certifications are up to date.

· Arranging repair/replacement of defective tools and equipment

· Other tasks as assigned to assist in the smooth operation of the company

Required Training and Experience

- Self starter able to multi-task and set priorities

- Microsoft Office Suite

- Valid driver's license
- Flexible and able to travel on short notice
- Previous experience in a similar role while not necessary would be considered and asset
- Knowledge of the water and waste water field would be considered an asset.
