Job Duties

- Build and manage loads in the LG Transportation Management System (TMS).
- Verify load consolidation and maximize trailer utilization.
- Consolidate loads by geographic region and carrier to minimize transportation costs.
- Tender loads to carriers and warehouses in a timely manner.
- Serve as the first point of contact for load tender issues and concerns.
- Monitor and respond to group email inquiries in a timely manner.
- Review daily transportation reports to identify opportunities for load consolidation and cost savings.




- Provide administrative support and complete assigned tasks accurately and within required timelines.
- Communicate and escalate carrier-related issues to the Manager as needed.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in a customer service environment.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables and VLOOKUP.
- Experience with JDA is preferred.
- 3PL experience is preferred.
- Robust communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently.
- Strong team player with the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST Salary Range: $25 CAD - $25 CAD
