Role Overview

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our operations team. This role is central to ensuring our customers and carriers receive the highest level of service. You will manage day-to-day shipment coordination, track and trace freight, and serve as a reliable point of contact for customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Data entry of shipment in the software.
- Track & Trace shipments to ensure the good conduct of the operation.
- Respond to customer inquiries, providing a quick turnaround.
- Mediate with carriers to resolve any logistical issues.
- Prepare and provide daily tracing reports as required.
- Timely status information updates; documenting service performance and equipment tracking.
- Proactively communicate issues to the team.
- Confidently problem-solve issues such as missed pick-ups, late delivery, damaged freight, or incorrect billing.




- Verify both AP/AR rates are accurate in loads and manage exceptions with this process.
- Execute any other logistics-related tasks as assigned by the direct Manager.

Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or customer service (preferred but not required).
- Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
- Energetic, hard-working, great attitude, sense of urgency, team player, able to multitask.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with TMS systems is an asset.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and solutions-focused.
- Positive attitude and team player.
- Accessible to clients, suppliers, and carriers outside standard office hours.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
