Requirements: ✔

- Minimum 5 years experience Painting and Plastering ✔Must have painted in apartment buildings for most of your experience ✔
- Painting, large plaster & drywall repairs ✔

Experience in tenant occupied units ✔
- Must have a valid driver's license & reliable vehicle ✔
- Punctual,



reliable & respectful and able to follow direction Monday–Friday | Full-Time | PER HOUR PAY (sometimes weekend work) No subcontractors or crews.
