Responsibilities

- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues using hand tools and power tools, diagnosing faults accurately and efficiently
- Repair or replace defective parts, components, or systems to restore optimal operation
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used for accountability and future planning
- Assist in installing recent equipment or upgrades, ensuring proper setup and safety compliance
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests to minimize downtime across facilities
- Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure working environment for all team members

Requirements





- Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in maintenance or repair roles
- Proficiency with hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, etc., for various repair tasks
- Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively in different maintenance scenarios
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying issues before they escalate
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and report on maintenance activities
- Ability to stand, walk, kneel, or climb for extended periods during maintenance tasks
- Prior experience in industrial or commercial maintenance is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
