Salary Range: $112,280 - $168,420 per annum Reason for Job Posting: Supply Ontario (SO) is seeking a strategic leader to manage warehouse operations and related programs serving Ontario ministries, provincial agencies, and organizations across the broader public and health sectors. In this role, you will provide leadership for the planning, management, and continuous improvement of warehouse operations, ensuring efficient, client-focused service delivery and alignment with Supply Ontario's strategic objectives. You will work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to meet operational requirements, support system-wide service delivery goals, and deliver responsive, high-quality customer service to clients across the province.

Monitors the implementation of programs and policies, the application of legislation, and the development of direct services to ensure they meet Supply Ontario's business plans and applicable government and public sector requirements. Provides risk assessment advice and develops communication strategies on change management issues affecting programs. Develop partnerships with government and public sector organizations that support program and service delivery.

Plans the implementation of program changes to meet service delivery needs and operationalize strategic directions and long-term plans. Develops communication strategies and identifies and resolves labour relations implications (including alternative service delivery), issues management, and project management. Develops and monitors the warehouse operations Business Management Plan and oversees comprehensive accountability, monitoring and evaluation processes to ensure legislative compliance and achievement of service levels, standards and results.





Develops and oversees Supply Ontario strategic and operational plans in the program area and provides advice and expertise to executive levels on issues affecting service delivery to OPS ministries, provincial agencies, broader public sector and health sector entities. Controls financial resources and reporting, develops multi-year budgets and resource plans, and leads business, financial and results-based planning for Supply Ontario programs, operations and services. University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Public Administration, or a related field.

Equivalent combination of education, training, and directly related experience may be considered. Professional designations such as SCMP, CSCP, CLTD, PMP, or Lean/Six Sigma certification would be considered an asset. Significant leadership experience managing warehouse operations, logistics, supply chain, or large-scale operational programs.

Strong strategic planning skills, with experience developing and implementing multi-year business, operational, and service delivery plans. Knowledge of public sector governance, policies, legislation, and service delivery models.

Experience managing financial, human, physical, and contract resources, including budgeting, forecasting, procurement, and vendor management. Expertise in project and change management, including leading complex operational and organizational initiatives. Strong operational management experience,



with the ability to oversee program delivery, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience assessing risks, developing mitigation strategies, and recommending practical solutions. Solid organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.

Experience developing and implementing programs, policies, procedures, and service standards. Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships across government, public sector, and health sector organizations.
