The Corporate
Finance team is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance to provide strategic financial leadership and business partnership for Bell’s Corporate Groups portfolios. This role is responsible for supporting a broad range of stakeholders by delivering accurate financial reporting, insightful analysis, and proactive guidance throughout the month-end close, forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning cycles. The successful candidate will work collaboratively across Finance and business teams to ensure sound financial management, support decision-making, and drive accountability for financial performance.
The ideal candidate is a highly motivated finance professional with strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced workplace. Lead the financial management and oversight of assigned Corporate Groups portfolios, including month-end close, forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning activities Partner with business leaders and key stakeholders to provide financial insight, support decision-making, and ensure alignment with corporate objectives Prepare and present monthly financial reporting packages, including variance analysis, forecasts, risks, opportunities, and executive summaries Monitor financial performance and identify trends, providing recommendations to improve results and support achievement of financial targets Support the preparation of executive presentations and materials for senior leadership reviews, forecast updates,
and planning discussions Collaborate with cross-functional Finance teams to drive consistency, accuracy, and continuous improvement in reporting and planning processes Lead or participate in special projects, ad hoc analyses, and strategic initiatives that support broader Corporate Finance objectives University degree with ~5 years of experience in a financial planning environment Proficient in BPC (Anaplan), SAP, and Excel Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify trends and patterns within financial data Experience in the telecommunications industry is a strong asset Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
Job Status: Regular - Full Time For work arrangements that are ‘Hybrid’, successful candidates must be based in Canada and report to a set Bell office for a minimum of 3 days a week.
