This managerial position requires a solid aviation background, guiding flying training operations under the Contracted Flying Training and Support contract. You will provide leadership to staff, manage subcontracted services, and maintain high safety standards per military regulations. Your expertise will foster effective training at every stage, from Ab-Initio to advanced operations. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Chief Flying Instructor and schedule flight operations
- Manage subcontracted Rotary Wing Phase 3 services




- Monitor quality of sub-contracted training organizations
- Develop contingency plans for training needs
- Communicate effectively with customers for service delivery

Requirements:

- Two years of aviation management experience or five years in civilian operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid passport and driver’s license
- Bilingual in English and French is an asset
- Ability to obtain security clearance and Controlled Goods certification
