Job Overview

We are seeking a agile and motivated Manager to lead our shawarma restaurant team and drive store success. Having a minimum of 3 years of restaurant experience, in this role, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise store staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance evaluations to ensure high levels of team engagement and productivity
- Oversee daily store operations such as merchandising, inventory management, purchasing, and cash handling to maintain smooth workflow
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets while enhancing the customer shopping experience
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, provide training & development opportunities, and foster a collaborative environment
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain excellent customer service standards




- Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems for sales processing, pricing adjustments, and sales reporting

Experience

- Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience, proven supervising or managerial experience in restaurant or related fields with a strong background in restaurant management
- Demonstrated proficiency in merchandising, pricing strategies, and store management practices
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in both bilingual or multilingual settings preferred for diverse customer interactions
- Experience with recruiting, interviewing candidates, and training new employees
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, marketing initiatives, and sales management techniques
