• Construction (VDC) department within Vancouver and lead preconstruction, engineering, and field installation of VDC project deliverables. Support business development efforts by contributing VDC content and visuals for proposals and presentations. Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance margins through process and technology improvements. Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies and digital tools to advance VDC capabilities. Establish and maintain consistent project workflows, documentation standards, and lessons learned. Monitor VDC deliverables to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with project requirements.Visit job sites as needed to support implementation, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with project stakeholders.
