Marketing Coordinator – Campaign Operations, Digital Investing (12-Month Contract, Hybrid – Downtown Toronto)
Our client, one of Canada's Big 5 banks, is hiring a Marketing Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of marketing campaigns within their digital investing business. This is a 12-month full-time contract with strong potential to extend and a possible path to permanent, working hybrid — 3 days per week onsite in downtown Toronto's Financial District. Pay range: $30–$40/hour.
This is a hands-on role at the centre of how campaigns get made and shipped. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Growth Marketing, you'll keep small and large campaigns moving from brief to launch — submitting intakes, coordinating approvals, running timelines, testing before release, and pulling the numbers afterward. It suits someone with a few years of coordination experience who's organized, detail-obsessed, and wants to learn the machinery of financial services marketing from the inside.
What you'll do
- Submit and manage intakes to internal design, email, and digital teams
- Review marketing creative and materials against the brief, audience, and objective set by your manager — and flag when they miss
- Coordinate stakeholder, compliance, and legal approvals through to sign-off
- Coordinate French translations with internal partners and vendors
- UAT paid media creative, emails, and landing pages before launch
- Manage work-back schedules and timelines, providing status updates that flag critical milestones and risks
- Pull and consolidate campaign performance data from multiple sources and build explicit visualizations for reporting
What you bring:
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing coordination, campaign support, or marketing operations
- Experience moving campaigns or creative through a multi-stakeholder approval process — financial services, insurance, or another regulated workplace is a strong asset
- A careful eye for detail: you catch the wrong disclaimer, the broken link, and the creative that's on-brand but off-brief
- Working comfort in Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas, charts) and PowerPoint
- Strong organization across multiple concurrent projects, and clear, proactive communication
- Exposure to French translation coordination or UAT is a plus — neither is required
If you're a coordinator who takes pride in nothing slipping through, and you want to build a career in marketing operations inside a major financial institution, we'd like to hear from you.
