The Marketing Coordinator manages the detail between the initial campaign brief and the final performance report. This position is focused on event and retail campaign marketing. It is not a social media or remote marketing role.

Responsibilities

- Review campaign objectives and brand requirements
- Turn campaign briefs into clear schedules and action plans
- Maintain campaign calendars and task trackers
- Prepare campaign materials and supporting documents
- Coordinate deadlines with sales and operations teams
- Confirm teams understand the campaign message
- Monitor progress against campaign priorities
- Keep brand information accurate and current




- Communicate important updates to management
- Support campaign reviews after completion

Performance and Insight The Marketing Coordinator will also:
