Position Details

Location: This is a remote work-from-home position. Although this position is remote, candidates must reside in British Columbia, Ontario, Alberta or Nova Scotia as YPO is not an employer in other Canadian provinces.

Travel: Approximately 3-5 times per year, domestically and internationally.

Work Hours: 35 hours per week. Business hours in your local time zone. Candidates must be flexible to accommodate time zones of international stakeholders when necessary.

Contract Notice: This is a contractor position - Statement of Work (SOW) with an end date of 30 June 2027.

Position Purpose The Marketing Project Manager manages the end-to-end production of creative projects requested by marketing leads and internal stakeholders. This role scopes requests, assesses project and resource requirements, develops and manages production schedules, and coordinates work across stakeholders and creative team members to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and to established quality standards. In coordination with the Marketing Systems Manager and Operations Intelligence & Automation Manager, the Marketing Project Manager acts as a critical project management liaison for assigned work, supporting clear communication,



effective collaboration and consistent use of the organization’s project management processes and platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Scope and determine feasibility of producing new creative assets.
- Maintain quality standards across the production of all creative assets and deliverables.
- Plan, adjust and manage production schedules that fit the needs of the marketing or creative briefs.
- Implement new processes, platforms and creative best practices to optimize resources, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in delivering high quality, on-time, on-budget creative deliverables.
- Track and traffic jobs, from beginning to end, so projects are meeting stakeholder expectations.
- Serve as project management liaison and lead point of communication between Creative & Brand Experience and other departments for tiers 2 and 3 requests.
- Assess project and resource requirements.

Skills & Competencies

- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to support team collaboration.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced workplace.
- Flexible and proactive approach to handling changing priorities.
- Basic understanding of creative workflows and marketing processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management tools (e.g., RoboHead, Hive) is a plus.

Qualifications & Experience

- 1–3 years of professional experience in project coordination, marketing support or administrative roles.
- Experience in a creative, marketing or communications environment preferred.
- Exposure to cross-functional teams and vendor coordination a plus.
- Experience working in diverse,



global organizations, collaborating across departments, regions, and cultures to drive alignment and meet organizational goals.
- Hands-on experience using project management platforms to track project progress and manage workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, CAPM, or Agile certifications) preferred.

Physical Requirements (if applicable)

- Ability to work flexible and/or extended hours as needed to accommodate members and team members in multiple time zones.
- Willingness and ability to travel, domestically and internationally, without restrictions, approximately 5-10% per year.

Compensation ranges are based on the contractor’s primary work location.

For Canada applicants: CAD $50–$55 per hour
