Hiredbuddy is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. In this entry-level role, you will support the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer engagement. You will work closely with senior marketers, content creators, and sales teams to ensure our messaging resonates across various channels, including email, social media, web, and paid advertising.

As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for day-to-day execution of marketing activities. Your primary focus will be on assisting with campaign coordination, content creation, and data reporting. You will help maintain our marketing calendar, prepare assets for distribution, and monitor the performance of ongoing initiatives. You will also conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, and provide actionable insights to improve our strategies.

Key responsibilities include

- Monitor and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights

- Help organize webinars, trade shows, and other promotional events

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of experience in marketing or a related internship
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of digital marketing channels (social media, email, SEO)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Familiarity with marketing tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Canva is a plus
