Argus is seeking a Material Coordinator to support the efficient flow of materials across our manufacturing and assembly operations. This role is critical to maintaining production continuity by ensuring materials are received, processed, and available accurately and on time.

In this role, you will contribute by:

- Ensuring the timely receipt and processing of raw materials and production components
- Maintaining inventory accuracy, traceability, and system integrity
- Supporting Kanban and pull-based replenishment systems
- Enabling efficient material flow from receiving through to production
- Participating in Lean initiatives, including 5S and waste reduction
- Conducting cycle counts, audits, and inventory control activities
- Coordinating with production and logistics to maintain material availability

This role also provides backup support to the Logistics Coordinator during absences or periods of peak workload. We offer growth and development opportunities through mentorship and ongoing training.





We are looking for a candidate with experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or material coordination within a manufacturing and assembly setting. The ideal candidate thrives in structured, process-driven work and demonstrates a strong commitment to accuracy and continuous improvement.

Experience with Lean principles, ERP systems (e.g., Dynamics AX), and Kanban systems is considered an asset.
