That Master Nurse is a thriving medical aesthetics clinic in Calgary, offering advanced skin treatments within a culture built on collaboration, kindness and personal growth.

We started in 2021 with one treatment room and a belief that results and kindness are not a trade-off. We introduced Morpheus8 and Lumecca IPL in 2022, opened TMN Academy in 2025 to train other practitioners in our field, and moved into our own beautiful space in central Calgary later that same year.

A valued member of our team is moving on, and we are looking for a Medical Aesthetician who wants to grow with us, contribute to our culture and build lasting relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities Will Include

As a Medical Aesthetician at That Master Nurse, you will:

- Conduct thoughtful consultations and create personalized treatment and skincare plans based on each client’s goals.
- Perform advanced treatments, primarily Morpheus8 RF microneedling, DP4 microneedling and Lumecca IPL, alongside facials, dermaplaning and chemical peels.
- Educate clients about their treatments, expected outcomes, aftercare and at-home skincare as essential parts of achieving great results.
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with new and returning clients.
- Document treatments accurately and complete before-and-after photography on the same day.




- Collaborate with our nurses on combined treatment plans and confidently refer across the team when it will give the client a better result.
- Maintain consistently high standards of client care, professionalism and treatment delivery.
- Contribute ideas and help create a positive, supportive and team-oriented workplace.
- Participate in social media in a way that feels natural to you. We’ll support you along the way.

Who You’ll Work With You’ll work alongside Whitney, a registered nurse who spent more than a decade in community psychiatry before founding TMN in 2021. Since then, she has grown it from a single treatment room into the clinic and Academy it is today.

That background shapes how the clinic operates: people come first, conversations are honest and our standard of care does not bend.

You’ll also work with our nurse injectors and administrative team, who manage booking, follow-up and the systems that keep your day running, allowing you to focus on your clients.

Who You Are

- 1+ years of full time experience as a Medical Aesthetician.
- Medical Aesthetician Certification is a requirement.
- Experienced with advanced devices, including microneedling, radiofrequency and IPL, or genuinely enthusiastic about receiving training in these areas.
- Confident conducting thoughtful consultations and recommending personalized treatment plans.
- Skilled at building lasting client relationships that lead to rebooking and referrals.
- Passionate about results, education and helping people feel confident in their skin.
- Friendly, reliable and committed to creating an exceptional client experience.
- Eager to learn and looking for genuine mentorship, professional growth and community.

You Won’t Be Building Your Book From Nothing

We actively support client acquisition through ongoing advertising, regular promotions and a strong social media presence. Our team also manages the scheduling and follow-up that help keep your day full.

You’ll contribute ideas for content and client education, but you’ll be building alongside us, not starting with an empty schedule.
