- Provide medical leadership across interdisciplinary teams
- Ensure high-quality, trauma-informed care is delivered
- Monitor physician services at housing sites, including Victory House




- Promote continuity through various transitions of care
- Liaise between frontline clinicians and program medical leaders

Requirements:

- Experience in medical leadership in community health settings
